Meroli is a seasoned musician with a wide range of collaborations across various musical genres. Since the 1990s, he has been performing with Splatterpink, one of Italy’s most electrifying jazz-core bands, and has recorded two albums on the renowned Cuneiform Records label with the progressive rock group Deus ex Machina.

For over a decade, he worked alongside Italian pop icon Neffa, taking on multiple roles as a musician, manager, collaborator, and producer.

Meroli is also a highly sought-after session musician in the realms of electronic dance and experimental music. He has contributed to projects for labels such as Irma Records, Compost, Yoruba (notably with Osunlade’s Atelewo), Sonar Kollektiv, Sony, Universal, BMG, and many others. His collaborations include work with Pasta Boys, DJ Rodriguez, DJ Volcov, Ohm Guru, Black Mighty Orchestra, LTJ Experience, Rima, Supabeatz, Frankie Valentine, Ninfa, and Gunkhole.

He co-founded Faze Liquide, a nu-jazz project whose releases were featured on the acclaimed Jazzanova Sonar Kollektiv label. He is also a founding member of Afronauti, an afro-jazz quintet whose album A Jazz Odyssey was broadcast on Radio Rai3’s Battiti and received enthusiastic praise from the prestigious magazine Musica Jazz.
